Administrator Guide

The Administrators Guide is designed to enable you to manage an Objective Connect Workgroup. The guide covers key concepts such as adding users, managing connection consumption and producing audit trail reports.

If you are new to Objective Connect, we recommend you review the Workspace Owners guide before the Administrators Guide. The Workspace Owners Guide will provide information on basic navigation, managing documents, capturing conversations, controlling tasks and inviting additional participants to a Workspace.

Workspace Owners Guide - Objective Connect for ECM

If your organisation has integrated Objective Connect with Objective ECM, you can create Workspaces that are automatically synchronised with Objective ECM. This guide covers key concepts such as navigation, Workspace creation, managing documents, capturing conversations, controlling tasks and inviting additional participants to the secure Workspace.
